These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 7cbd website and associated services, including casino gaming, live dealer games, slots, sports betting, baccarat, and any other products or features made available through the 7cbd platform (collectively, the "Services").

7cbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If it is determined that a user is under 18 years of age, or has misrepresented their age during registration, 7cbd will immediately suspend the account, void any winnings, and return any deposits to the extent practicable. • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 7cbd platform, its servers, databases, or software.

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by 7cbd.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate of another registered account held by the same individual.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals during the suspension period. 7cbd will communicate the reason for suspension via the email address registered to your account and will aim to resolve investigations within 14 business days.

• Any loss or corruption of bets or game data resulting from a technical fault, server failure, or network interruption.

• Any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, even if 7cbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases where 7cbd is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7cbd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7cbd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which your claim is based, whether contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

7cbd makes no warranty that the game outcomes, odds, or results displayed on the platform are free from software errors. In the event of a material error in odds or game results caused by a technical fault, 7cbd reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account balance, with no further liability to either party.
